We are a Digital Airport Company, and we transform Airports and its related experiences through Digital Interventions and with a strong service culture. As a leader in this space, we deliver world-class Airport Services focused on Airports and their related domains enabled through Technology Solutions, IT Operations, and Digital services. We provide end-to-end IT Concession at airports through which we have built significant experience in this sector over the past few years.
We have a strong and stable client portfolio which we aim to leverage and grow the Services portfolio and Services Business. This includes but not limited to IT Managed Services and a couple of Services/Products. We are building digital and transformation capabilities to complement the IT Managed service to create value for our customers. The current leadership of the company has both domestic and global experience in building and running high performance Digital First, Service organizations and over 20+ years in the ITES sector.
As we embark on taking company to the next level and we focus on - larger revenue, a larger customer base (Growth Engine), enhanced portfolio (Managed Services, New Digital Services/Products, Airport Services Platform etc.) and building a strong Digital Team backed by a strong Engineering DNA of the Organization (People, System Engineering). Current revenues are at approx. US $50 million, largely secured by long-term contracts.
Vision is to scale it up to $500 Mn in the next 5 years with a client portfolio of both domestic and global airports and related adjacencies.
Job Description
Technical Architect – New Delhi
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in J2EE- related technologies, coupled with hands-on expertise in the airport domain. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and innovative solutions in the aviation industry. As a Technical Architect, you will provide technical leadership, guide individual contributors, and contribute directly to the development and delivery of cutting-edge airport-related software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design:Lead the design and architecture of J2EE-based software solutions for the airport domain. · Define and document technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements. · Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet project goals and objectives.
- Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of individual contributors. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. · Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

The ideal candidate may possess a deep understanding of the airport industry, coupled with hands-on experience in individual contributor roles. The candidate will collaborate with cross functional team, including engineers, vendors/OEMs, developers, project managers, business analysts to create architectural designs that align with our client’s objectives and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design end- to-end solutions for airport-related projects considering factors such as infrastructure, technology, data management, and scalability. · Develop architectural blueprints and technical documentation for proposed solutions. Ensure alignment of solutions with industry best practices and standards.

- Hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as J2EE, Python, microservices, PostgreSQL, MYSQL, AODB (good to have) and related airport technologies.
