Recruitment Coordinator ? Account Manager Talent Potential Consulting | Remote | Full Time
Posted 36 weeks ago
We are a boutique HR advisory and recruitment firm working with growth-stage technology companies, GCCs, and scaling businesses across India and Singapore. We help organisations find the right people for roles that actually matter — mid to senior tech, leadership, and people strategy positions where a wrong hire costs far more than a recruiter's fee.
We are a small, tight team. Everyone here owns their work completely. We do not hand-hold, we do not micromanage, and we do not have a culture of waiting for someone to tell you what to do next. If that sounds like your kind of environment, read on.
Job Description
What this role is
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who wants to grow into an Account Manager within 6 to 12 months — not as a vague promise, but as a real, structured pathway that we are actively building.
Right now, the Coordinator role is the engine room of our delivery. You will be the person who makes sure everything between sourcing a candidate and getting them to join actually happens — on time, with care, and without anyone falling through the cracks.
Over time, as you demonstrate that you can own outcomes not just tasks, you will start running your own mandates. By the time you step into the Account Manager role, you will know our clients, you will know our candidates, and you will know how to manage the full process independently.
What you will do
You will work directly alongside our Account Manager on active recruitment mandates. Your day-to-day will look something like this — scheduling and confirming interviews across multiple mandates, keeping candidates warm and informed at every stage of the process, following up on feedback from clients and candidates without being asked twice, logging mandate progress accurately in our systems, managing our WhatsApp jobs channel with consistent, well-formatted postings, and making sure nothing slips between sourcing and offer.
The most important thing you will do is take complete ownership of the operational layer so that the Account Manager can stay focused on the conversations that require real depth — client relationships, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
The growth pathway
This is genuinely not a support role that occasionally gets promoted. We are building a factory model delivery structure, and the Account Manager role is central to it. The Coordinator role is how you learn the TPC way of working — our standards, our clients, our philosophy — before you take full ownership of mandates.
If you demonstrate in 6 to 12 months that you can own a client conversation, read a candidate accurately, and close a mandate without needing someone behind you, you will become an Account Manager. At that point, you will carry your own portfolio of mandates, build your own client relationships, and earn directly from the outcomes you create.
What working at TPC looks like
Fully remote, outcomes-based, no fixed hours. We have a morning standup where you share what you are working on, and an evening check-in where you confirm what you got done. The rest of your day is yours to manage. We trust you to deliver — and in return, we will invest in your growth seriously.
You will work closely with both co-founders. You will be part of a team that is small enough that your work is visible every single day, and ambitious enough that there is real momentum to be part of.
How to apply
Send us a short note — not a formal cover letter — telling us about a time you took ownership of something at work that was not technically your job to fix. What happened, what you did, and what the outcome was. Attach your CV.
That one story will tell us more about whether you are the right fit than anything else you could send.

Candidate Profile
What we are looking for
You have worked in a recruitment or staffing environment before — not necessarily for long, but long enough to understand how a mandate works, what a good candidate brief looks like, and why follow-through is everything in this business.
More than your experience, we care about how you work. You notice things that need doing and you do them without being asked. You communicate clearly and promptly — with clients, candidates, and your team. You keep things organised even when you are managing multiple moving parts simultaneously. And when something goes wrong, your first instinct is to fix it, not explain why it happened.
You are comfortable working fully remote. You do not need a physical office to stay accountable — because your accountability comes from within, not from someone watching over your shoulder.
