Job Description
We seek a talented Graphic Designer with exceptional video editing expertise to drive our daily LinkedIn content creation. This role centers on producing high-engagement videos (80%+ of workload), including narrative-driven reels, carousels with motion graphics, and animated testimonials for HR/tech audiences. Video editing mastery is non-negotiable; applicants without an outstanding portfolio in this area will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead video editing for 70-80% of projects: Cut raw footage into compelling stories using advanced techniques like pacing, transitions, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics in Premiere Pro/After Effects.
- Create/edit short-form videos (15-60s) for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and email campaigns, emphasizing emotional storytelling for HR themes like talent acquisition and leadership.
- Design static graphics (20% of role): Thumbnails, carousels, infographics in Photoshop/Illustrator to complement videos and boost platform engagement.
