Job Description
Hiring a Director of Engineering (Microsoft Technologies) to lead and scale software engineering delivery across multiple business verticals supporting its global marketing analytics and data platforms. This role involves owning end-to-end delivery, driving engineering excellence (architecture, CI/CD on Azure, code quality, TDD), and partnering closely with business, product, analytics, and commercial teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate brings 14+ years of engineering experience with strong leadership exposure, a deep background in .NET, Angular, and large-scale data systems, and proven ability to lead senior engineering managers, influence stakeholders, and translate complex technical strategy into business impact—while continuously driving innovation in organization's data and insights ecosystem.
