Job Description
Hiring KAM responsible for owning day-to-day execution and coordination for strategic client accounts, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring smooth delivery across internal teams. Strong pathway to senior client leadership roles.
Location: Delhi / Hyderabad
Experience: 8+ years
Reporting to: Client Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of account plans & priorities
- Act as primary operational POC for client coordination
- Support cross-sell, upsell & renewal initiatives
- Coordinate with delivery, tech & commercial teams
- Track milestones, service quality & risks
- Prepare account reports, dashboards & governance material
Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business / Engineering / Tech)
- Experience managing enterprise / institutional clients
- Strong coordination & stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to technology, digital or analytics-led engagements
Sector Preference (role-based):
- Aviation / Airports / Airlines (for aviation roles)
- Infra, Retail, F&B, Logistics, Smart Cities, Digital Transformation (multi-sector)
