Job Description

Hiring KAM responsible for owning day-to-day execution and coordination for strategic client accounts, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring smooth delivery across internal teams. Strong pathway to senior client leadership roles.

Location: Delhi / Hyderabad
Experience: 8+ years
Reporting to: Client Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of account plans & priorities
  • Act as primary operational POC for client coordination
  • Support cross-sell, upsell & renewal initiatives
  • Coordinate with delivery, tech & commercial teams
  • Track milestones, service quality & risks
  • Prepare account reports, dashboards & governance material

Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business / Engineering / Tech)
  • Experience managing enterprise / institutional clients
  • Strong coordination & stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to technology, digital or analytics-led engagements

Sector Preference (role-based):

  • Aviation / Airports / Airlines (for aviation roles)
  • Infra, Retail, F&B, Logistics, Smart Cities, Digital Transformation (multi-sector)
