Own and lead end-to-end CRM platform design, customization, integrations, and optimization. Hands-on technical lead with strong team leadership and business alignment.
Job Description
Experience: 8–12 years (2–4 yrs people management)
CTC: Up to ~35 LPA
Key Responsibilities (Crisp):
- Lead CRM implementation, customization & integrations
- Act as technical + functional owner of CRM platform
- Mentor & manage CRM devs / admins / analysts
- Design workflows, automations, dashboards & reports
- Handle data migration, data quality & security models
- Integrate CRM with ERP, Marketing Automation, DWH, etc.
- Drive CRM roadmap aligned to Sales, Marketing & CX
- Lead UAT, deployment & post-go-live support
Skills
Candidate Profile
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Salesforce
- CRM configuration, customization & workflow automation
- API integrations, web services & analytics
- SQL, data models, cloud (Azure/AWS)
- Solid understanding of Sales, Marketing & Customer Service processes
Good to Have:
- CRM certifications (Dynamics / Salesforce)
- Omnichannel, Customer 360, AI-driven CRM exposure
- Domains: Sports / Aviation / SaaS
