Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack development (frontend, backend, APIs, DBs)
- Take architecture & tech decisions
- Code reviews, best practices & performance optimization
- Backend ownership (APIs, security, DBs, cloud)
- Frontend ownership (React / Angular / Vue)
- CI/CD, deployments & DevOps coordination
- Lead, mentor & scale development team
- Work with business, product & design stakeholders
