Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can strengthen our HR framework by establishing strong policies, aligning employee KRAs with business goals, and managing end-to-end HR operations. The role requires someone who can balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day HR execution, ensuring an efficient and high-performing workforce.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies, processes, and guidelines aligned with company objectives and labor laws.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR governance.

• Provide guidance to leadership and employees on HR policies and best practices.

• Design and manage the performance management framework for the organization.

• Work with department heads to define, align, and track employee KRAs/KPIs in line with organizational goals.

• Drive performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and improvement plans.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure quality hiring.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, documentation, and HR records.

• Ensure smooth onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding processes.

• Maintain HR data, reports, and dashboards for leadership insights.

• Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.

• Support employee development and retention initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 3-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR leadership role

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, performance management systems, and HR operations

• Experience in KRA/KPI framework design and implementation

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
