Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements • Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation of SAP HCM solutions
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integration with other SAP modules
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development
Candidate Profile
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and support
• Working knowledge of PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll modules
• Experience in SAP implementation or support projects
• Good understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience working in SAP support or implementation environments
