Our vision is to redefine luxury travel by offering unprecedented access, profound authenticity and deeply personalized journeys that transcend conventional offerings.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Operations Lead to be the architect of our operational evolution. This individual will be instrumental in building a flawless, scalable foundation to support our aggressive growth targets.
Location: Delhi, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a detailed operational roadmap to support the launch of new domestic and international destinations.
- Bespoke Curation: Lead the process of curating unique travel experiences, identifying and onboarding luxury boutique properties and vetting local partners to ensure a high-end service delivery.
- Expansion Management: Oversee the operational rollout of new markets, with a plan to add four new domestic cities and four new international countries to our portfolio every quarter.
- Digital Transformation: Drive the complete digitization of our customer journey, from initial booking to post-trip feedback, creating a seamless, end-to-end digital experience.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor and lead a high-performing operations team.

Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations role.
- Prior industrial experience in the luxury travel, hospitality, concierge or a related service-based industry is a prerequisite.
- Experience in both the Indian and European markets is a significant asset.
- A strong network of connections within the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is highly valued.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree required, a Master's degree is an added advantage.
