Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Mobile Affiliate BD Manager to scale our mobile performance campaigns across international markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong affiliate network connections, a deep understanding of CPI/CPA campaigns, and a strategic mindset to grow publisher partnerships and mobile advertiser accounts.
Campaign Management:
Handle end-to-end campaign execution – from setting up offers, negotiating payouts, ensuring delivery, and managing quality KPIs (retention, ARPU, ROI, etc.).
Business Development:
Actively pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to mobile advertisers and app developers globally.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and clients, ensuring consistent campaign delivery and mutual growth.
Market Research & Trends:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, fraud patterns, and performance benchmarks to offer valuable insights.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor affiliate performance using tracking tools, analyze campaign data, and prepare regular reports on revenue, traffic quality, and optimizations.
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure campaigns meet compliance requirements and monitor traffic sources to prevent fraud.
Skills
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile affiliate marketing and international BD.- Strong network of global affiliates, aggregators, DSPs, and mobile advertisers.
- Deep understanding of CPI/CPA campaigns, tracking platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch), and mobile attribution models.
- Experience working with offers in verticals like gaming, fintech, e-commerce, health, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with affiliate networks or performance marketing agencies.
- Exposure to LATAM, MENA, SEA, or European mobile markets.
