Our Client is an Indian podcast hosting, creation, and distribution platform founded in 2015. It provides tools for podcast creation, distribution to various platforms, and analytics for tracking performance. Hubhopper aims to make podcasting accessible to everyone, from independent creators to established brands.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sources, screens, and coordinates interviews for all departments.
Maintains and updates ATS (if used) and talent pipeline.
Conducts offer negotiations and pre-joining engagement.
Leads onboarding, documentation, and induction process.
Plans monthly team engagement activities (virtual/in-person).
First point of contact for employee concerns, leave, attendance, and engagement.
Works closely with Finance on compensation and compliance.
Success Metrics & KPI's:
Average Time-to-Hire: <30 days
Offer Acceptance Rate: >80%
90-Day Retention Rate: >90%
Team Engagement Score: >4/5 (surveyed quarterly)
HR Ops SLA: <48 hrs turnaround for issues

Candidate Profile
Expectation:
Look for someone warm, detail-oriented, people-first with excellent follow-up. Should be able to multitask between ops, hiring, and engagement. Experience in early-stage startup HR is a bonus.
Other details:
Owns end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience. Acts as the cultural glue across the org.
